"$100 cash back"在這裡的意思是"我(顧客)除了用卡付錢之外，還順便提領$100現金(類似提款機的服務)"，所以卡片付帳後，收據上的總額還要另外加上$100。

你到wal-mart跟客服解釋你上頭說的，另外強調說沒有拿$100現金。
你是用那種自動結帳的機器(顧客自己刷商品，自己付帳，沒有收銀人員介入)，還是由收銀人員刷商品/結帳的? 前者的話能拿回$100的機會較大。

如果他們不退，另外找個英文好的人陪你去再溝通一次。

再不行的話就只好想辦法找管道申訴了(比如打電話給你那州的Attorny General)

我去walmart買東西,原本total是$48元,但是我刷卡不小心亂按,上面就寫著$100 cash back, $148 total purchase...是否表示我要付148呢? 可以隔天再回去請他刷退,然後再重刷一遍嗎?

手沖咖啡 : 是要凸顯出不是機器沖泡的? 還是特指沖泡粉末狀的即溶咖啡?(用手拿起熱水壺，然後用手把熱水倒進杯子??)

義大利花式咖啡 : 是指一般的義大利式咖啡?(和美式咖啡那樣子大桶沖泡且沒有變花樣的比較起來花樣是多了些)

第一篇"沒錯"，不過寫法可以改進(可以參考任一篇學校的英文課文)。

"a pair of ... "原則上是複數。

會有"is"出現是因為接後頭的"a"念起來比較順。這用法在近代使用頻率較高，特別是日常上使用的英語，而較正式較嚴謹的人會偏好(或是堅持)使用"are".
