You mean something like this --> "同性戀（出櫃）"?
I have no idea. We'll have to ask lfi. I guess it's his own way of asking things.. For example: ...外國人的（泡妞）該怎麼說 vs 同性戀的（出櫃）該怎麼說

Hi Joy,
It would be better if you can write your bio chronically. (For example, college.... -->....graduate school... --> ..working...) Make sure you've read this: http://www.english.com.tw/modules/newbb/viewtopic.php?topic_id=1086&forum=35 Also, you can borrow/buy books on how to write bio properly from libraries/bookstores. It's good for you. (I keep one handy too... but it's about writing resumes)

Overall, it's good but a bit too casual.
Make sure you've read this: http://www.english.com.tw/modules/newbb/viewtopic.php?topic_id=1086&forum=35 Also, try to avoid "unsure" and "ambiguous" wordings. Ex: 引文: I try to get everything done perfectly. It sounds like you're just planning to do it.. planning.. still planning... (Nah, you are not going to do it. We'll hire someone who CAN do things in a timely fashion) 引文: ...hope I can pass (CPA)... This doesn't sound like you are confident enough. (Well, we'd better hire someone who is determined to pass CPA)

正式點的話就用"逮捕及釋放"政策 看你自己覺得哪個比較符合你的需求 還有 hearing在這裡應翻為聽證會或審訊...而不是聽力
