poach挖角
In its first five weeks of owning Chrysler, Cerberus Capital Management LP has gone on a hiring binge, signing up a chief executive, poaching Toyota's respected North American chief, enticing a top marketing executive from Lexus and snagging a former General Motors Corp. official with a background in globalization.

<Longman Dictionary>
poach:
to persuade someone who belongs to another organization, team etc to leave it and join yours, especially in a secret or dishonest way:
*That company's always poaching our staff.
*Several of their reporters were poached from other papers.

I have heard "poachers" on the Discovery Channel and the National Geographic Channel so many times, didn't realize "poach" does not only mean "to hunt animals illegally," but also "to steal someone from other company."

Umm... I can use it often in my daily conversations.

Yep, thanks, Learnang.
