請問 the last Friday 與 last Friday 有什麼差別？

例如我說 He came the last Friday. 與 He came last Friday. 有什麼不同？

還有 He came the last Friday. 是不是錯誤的說法呢？

還是說 the last Friday應該用在下面這種句型裡較好呢？

He stayed at home for the last Friday. (他上禮拜五當天整天待在家裡)

上面這句我是仿照下面這句翻的：

He stayed at home for the last few days.(他過去幾天都待在家裡)

last Friday 上個禮拜五
the last Friday 最後一個禮拜五

He came to see me last Friday.
He always comes to see me on the last Friday of every month.
