我國的法律規定不能邊開車邊講行動電話
It is illegal to use cell phone while driving. Our country bans talking on(/the use of) a handheld phone while driving.此句加了handheld 因我猜准許用免提裝置(handsfree kit) cell(uar) phone and mobile phone have the same meaning.
